One of the most popular and most talked about session at RealWorld 2013 was “Gen Y on Gen Y: Debunking Myths About Our Generation’s Renters.”
Moderated by Jay Parsons, National Market Analysis Manger for MPF Research/RealPage, the general session featured a group of actual Gen Y’ers who work in the apartment industry. They discussed how well all the new development resonates with them, whether the marketing messages the industry directs at them are really effective, and how well the industry’s property managers are catering to their wants and needs.
